- Updated Daily Progress Tracker
- The Tempo dashboard now features a visual progress ring that breaks down daily performance by activity type, giving users a clear view of how their day is tracking.
- 100-Point “Master Your Day” Enhancement
- Loan originators can now earn 100 points to maintain their daily activity streak. This update refines the underlying scoring system for greater accuracy.
- Expanded Email Opt-In Campaigns
- Loan originators can opt in to automated marketing campaigns directly within Tempo, making it easier to stay top-of-mind with real estate agent partners and clients—without manual effort.
- Open House & Event “Record Activity” Update
- The event logging experience has been enhanced. Users can now specify whether they stopped by or sponsored an Open House, or whether they hosted or attended an event—unlocking additional points for each meaningful connection made.
- New Leaderboard Views & Faster Refresh
- Leaderboards now offer filtering by branch and time period (today, yesterday, this week, last week), and refresh instantly with each new activity tracked—creating a more dynamic and competitive experience.
- Instant Credit Pull Points
- Activity points are now awarded immediately after each credit pull, providing real-time feedback and reinforcing momentum.
- Tempo100 Club Streak Banner
- A new visual banner has been added to the Streak dashboard for Tempo100 Club members, celebrating those who’ve achieved 100 consecutive days of tracked activity.
- New Contact “Type” Selection
- A contact classification dropdown has been introduced to help organize entries by type: Client, Real Estate Agent, Referral Partner, VIP, Friends/Family, or Industry Professional.
- Edit Contacts from the Activity Log
- Users can now edit contact details—such as phone numbers or names—directly from the activity log, improving accuracy and usability.
- Delete Activities from the Activity Log
- Accidental or duplicate activities can now be removed from the activity log, helping maintain cleaner data and better performance tracking.
- Optional Contact Referral Field
- A new referral source field has been added, allowing users to track who referred each new contact—improving relationship visibility and attribution tracking.
- Streak Progress Confirmation Screen
- A confirmation screen now appears when activities are tracked, displaying streak progress and offering motivational messaging to encourage consistency.
- Live Leaderboards
- Leaderboards have been upgraded to reflect activity in real time, ensuring users always see the most current rankings.
- Collapsible Sidebar
- The sidebar can now be collapsed or expanded, offering a more customizable and focused workspace.
- Customer Service Numbers in First Payment Emails
- First payment reminder emails now include borrower-facing customer service phone numbers, helping streamline borrower support.
- “Create New Contact” When Logging Activities
- When logging an activity, users can create a new contact right from the search box. Just by typing the person's name, users will be met with a “Create New Contact” option. By clicking this option, the name the user originally typed will automatically fill in the First Name and Last Name fields.

- Loan anniversary emails are now sent annually, instead of just once after the first year, to maintain long-term borrower engagement.
- Responsive Homepage Experience

- Text fields are now auto-selected when adding new contacts, reducing clicks and streamlining the process.
- Improved Open House/Event Loading Feedback
- When logging multiple attendees for an Open House or Event, new loading messages have been added to provide clear, real-time feedback during entry.
- Improved sync between ARIVE and Tempo
- ARIVE, UMortgage’s LOS/POS, and Tempo have enhanced their sync to avoid duplicate contacts with the same information.
- Confetti to Celebrate Daily Streaks
- When a user tallies a new streak day in Tempo, their achievement will be celebrated accordingly... with confetti!
